Upside down front fork for Harley-Davidson Nexo 4.0
The “NUMBER 1” of inverted frontend for Harley-Davidson motorcycles!
Rebuffini has designed and developed this innovative 46 mm upside down fork
for any custom builder that wants to give the bike supreme performance
and at the same time get a superlative design.
The technology in this fully adjustable product is proven by the collaboration of
the Italian company MUPO Race Suspension,
one of the leading brands in the racing world (SBK) and in the international racing scene.
Designed with the built-in brake-tee lines in the lower tree for a clean look and a faster installation.
For the ABS models it is supplied with a specific external splitter depending on the motorcycle model.
Pre-arranged for the steering lock as standard ( FXR excluded).
The radial fork bottoms, integrated into the legs, were designed with 3D CAD and FEM analysys
for the maximum lightness and rigidity.
They are made from solid with the latest three-dimensional 5-axis CNC technologies.
Fits radial 108mm brake calipers 22.5mm offset* with 11.5″ / 11.8″ / 12.6″ / 13″ discs.
*FXDLS models required the OEM front wheel modification
These fork bottoms have been designed to also accomodate the ABS sensor.
The Nexo 4.0 is available for all applications:
FXR, Dyna, Softail, V-Rod.
Based on the order it is assembled with a specific setting.
Moreover the multiple settings allow a personalized setting.
The Nexo 4.0 kit does not include the brackets for OEM fenders.
We offer a specific Bolt-on real carbon fender.
For those who want to install a single radial brake caliper on the left side
a bottom’ cover is available for closing the caliper fixing holes on the right side.
Nexo 4.0 top tree houses all the risers or handlebars with 89.1 mm center to center.
Also available the Nexo risers set with the same design and finish.
